Experience Overview
Suzuki's old car videos were simple and often ignored. They used KappaX to create a new, interactive way to show their vehicles. This new format let people choose exactly what they wanted to explore about the car's features.
Users could drive their own engagement, spending more time with the content, remembering the Suzuki brand better, and giving Suzuki valuable information about what they preferred.
What is an Interactive Product Demo?
An interactive product demo takes a normal video about a product and makes it something you can click on, explore, and control. Instead of just watching, you can choose features to look at, see different versions (like colors), and get more information, all right inside the video. It's about letting you truly experience the product online.

Campaign Goals
Suzuki aimed to:
- Create stronger interest in their brand (brand engagement).
- Make their car features more engaging and easy to explore.
- Extend how long people watched their content.
- Help people remember the Suzuki brand better.
- Understand what their potential customers preferred.
- Get more conversions (like test ride bookings).
Objective
Suzuki was looking for new ways to make their customer experience even better and get more out of their advertising. They wanted to change their usual car videos, which were just for watching, into something more active and exciting.
Their goal was to create content that really pulled people in, kept them interested for longer, and helped them learn what customers preferred. This would then lead to more people taking steps like booking a test ride.
What We Built
We created a new interactive format that put the user in control. This allowed people to:
- Choose what they wanted to see, making their exploration of vehicle features personal.
- Explore different car features their own way, making the experience engaging and exciting.
- See various car colors and angles easily.
- Book a test ride directly from the interactive experience.
How It Was Built
The exact steps we followed to create this interactive experience were:
- Step 1: We uploaded all the different feature videos (MP4) and car color images (PNGs like Black, Blue, Grey) into KappaX.
- Step 2: We added interactive hotspots and a bottom menu that allowed users to select different features or car colors.
- Step 3: We set up the navigation so users could easily jump between different car parts or see various angles and details.
- Step 4: We added a clear "BOOK A TEST RIDE" button for direct action.
- Step 5: Finally, we checked, tested to make sure it worked smoothly on all devices, and then published the interactive demo.

Results & Outcomes
The results were outstanding, showing the power of interactive content:
- High Engagement: A lot of people actively clicked and played with the content. This means they found it very interesting.
- Many Next Steps Taken: More than 1 out of 10 people who saw it clicked on buttons like "Book a Test Ride." This shows they were ready to do more.
- Very Long Time Spent: On average, people spent over 4 minutes looking at the interactive content. This is a very long time for an ad, showing they were really hooked.
This KappaX solution helped Suzuki make their car exploration fun and personal. It greatly boosted how much people engaged, kept them watching much longer, improved brand memory, and gave Suzuki valuable information about what customers truly liked.
