KappaX uses a credit system for AI-powered features. Credits are consumed when you generate creatives, refine content, or work with the KappaX agent in chat.

How credits are consumed
Different actions consume different amounts of credits based on the complexity of the work. Lighter tasks cost less; heavier tasks cost more.

Exact cost is shown in the editor before you confirm an action. You'll never be charged for something you haven't agreed to.
Working in chat
When you open a chat session with the KappaX agent, each turn consumes credits based on the work being done. Estimated cost is shown live as you type, and your running session usage is visible at the top of the chat.
Light edits typically cost 2–3 credits per turn. Heavier requests can cost more.
When credits don't get charged
Failed generations. If a generation errors out, you aren't charged.
Credit packs
If you need additional credits beyond your monthly allowance, credit packs are available:

Pricing is shown in your account billing page. Larger packs include a volume discount.

Tracking your usage
Your dashboard shows credits consumed by action type, project, and team member, with monthly usage summaries.

Credit costs and pack offerings may be updated as our platform evolves. We'll notify customers of material changes in advance. Existing commitments are honored for the duration of your active billing period.
